FAQ

I just placed an ordered. When will my order arrive?

All other products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 4-5 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. 

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ? 

When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you. 

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address ! Can I change it? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

We currently are unable to offer tracking, but we will be adding this feature very soon. 

What’s your refund/exchange policy? 

If there’s something wrong with your order ( defective product, etc.), we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
